The actual conference is Saturday and Sunday the 4th and 5th,  Friday and Monday are additional Masterminds (limited availability) where you can speak directly with some of the presenters.

This conference is for anyone and everyone that would like to further their knowledge and skill in the multiple areas of digital marketing.

We refer to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Internet Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc, these are the practices of promoting a business or service online. We do not limit this conference to anyone specifically. We encourage anyone who wants to attend whether it be for the individual promotion of your own company, or if you work to promote others. We strongly believe in providing a comprehensive education to everyone.

At times, there may be information presented that could be considered advanced, but we offer the opportunity for each person to connet with the speakers so that they can ask questions, get clarification, and further their skills.

During the conference there will be scheduled Forums ( Q and A sessions) and we encourage participation during these times as well as during lunches, breaks, and our reception. If you feel that you have questions that are not being answered, please let someone from our staff know. (or fill out a contact form here)

We have structured our conference to provide a comprehensive cirruculum but we can understand if you have limited time available. Please reach out to our staff and let us know what you would like to make arrangements for. We will try our best, but nothing is guaranteed.


We have many options available to sponsor the event. We can have individual portions such as a lunch, or afternoon snacks taken care of by our sponsors, or if you would like to promote your company with items for our swag bag, please contact us to get our list of options and see what we can do to offer our thanks for your generous gift.

We have listed all of our speakers within our website, as well as promoting them through various social media channels prior to our event. If you are looking for a specific industry professional, please let us know and we can see if that person would be a great fit for a future event.

No, we do not allow recording devices in the conference itself. If we find that someone is not adhering to our policy they can be asked to leave without a refund, or being able to return to any additonal events.

This is out of respect for the speakers as there may be proprietary information that they are not willing to share outside of this event.

Respect and courtesy are always the standard.

We do not allow our speakers to specifically promote directly therefore we ask that you as well be respectful of this. While you are networking you are able to make connections and further your individual goals, we do not allow public promotions without the approval of our board of directors.

Thank you for asking, while each request is always welcome, we will have to take everything on a case by case basis. If you have physical limitations, or specific dietary requirements we are happy to do everything we can to make your attendance at our conference a pleasant and inclusive experience. Please reach out to us and let us know what your needs are.

Sometimes unforseen events take place. While we do not offer any refunds, if there are extenuating circumstances we will review and take it under advisement.

We strive to offer a positive and pleasant experience for our guest, therefore each morning we will provide coffee, tea, and water at registration.

Each day we will provide a buffet lunch, as well as afternoon snacks (it can be a long day, and we want to make sure that everyone is awake, alert, and able to fully participate!)

Saturday night we will offer an evening reception. You are under no obligation to attend, but we would love to get an idea of who may be coming so that we can provide accordingly. You are welcome to make other dinner plans as you desire.

There are several locations close by for breakfast, as well as the hotel itself (there is even a Starbucks on the corner – a 2 minute walk)
