Wednesday April 30th in the morning is a round of golf ( for those who sign up/ it’s an add-on)
Thursday, May 1st is the VIP event. We will have an exclusive Mastermind at the hotel, then an afternoon of fun and play at Arena 23, an indoor amusement park featuring sports simulators, games, and batting cages.
Thursday evening is the Welcome Reception for everyone.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning are the official conference days.
Sunday afternoon is the Tech Mastermind.

General admission and VIP tickets will be available up until the event.
Due to other popular events in the valley on the same weekend, we anticipate that rooms will be at a premium, For this reason we have secured a block for our attendees at the rate of $179. per night and waiving the resort fee.

We have secured a block for our guests at a significantly reduced rate ( and can add another block if necessary) Please reserve your room early. Keep in mind that when you receive a confirmation letter from making a reservation online or through the call center, it will automatically show a resort fee. This is an IHG standard, however, this has been waived and the hotel will remove that fee upon check in. The cutoff date is 3/31/25.
This conference is for anyone and everyone who would like to further their knowledge and skill in the multiple areas of digital marketing.
We refer to SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Internet Marketing, Digital Marketing, etc, these are the practices of promoting a business or service online. We do not limit this conference to anyone specifically. We encourage anyone who wants to attend whether it be for the individual promotion of your own company, or if you work to promote others. We strongly believe in providing a comprehensive education to everyone.
At times, there may be information presented that could be considered advanced, but we offer the opportunity for each person to connect with the speakers so that they can ask questions, get clarification, and further their skills.
During the conference, there will be scheduled forums ( Q and A sessions) and we encourage participation during these times as well as during lunches, breaks, and our reception. If you feel that you have questions that are not being answered, please let someone from our staff know. (or fill out a contact form here)
We have many options available to sponsor the event. We can have individual portions such as a lunch, reception, or if you would like to promote your company with items for our swag bag, please contact us to get our list of options and see what we can do to offer our thanks for your generous gift.

No, we do not allow recording devices in the conference itself. If we find that someone is not adhering to our policy they can be asked to leave without a refund, or be able to return to any additional events.
This is out of respect for the speakers as there may be proprietary information that they are not willing to share outside of this event.
Respect and courtesy are always the standard.
We do not allow our speakers to specifically promote directly therefore we ask that you as well be respectful of this. While you are networking you are able to make connections and further your individual goals, we do not allow public promotions without the approval of our board of directors.
Our sponsors have reserved the right to promote their business through our event.
Thank you for asking, while each request is always welcome, we will have to take everything on a case-by-case basis. If you have physical limitations or specific dietary requirements we are happy to do everything we can to make your attendance at our conference a pleasant and inclusive experience. Sometimes unforseen events take place. While we do not offer any refunds, if there are extenuating circumstances we will review and take it under advisement.
We strive to offer a positive and pleasant experience for our guests, therefore each morning we will provide coffee, tea, and water at registration.
We are allowing an extended time for lunch as there are over 35 restaurants within a 2 block radius of the hotel. We encourage you to connect with new people during this time.
Thursday night we will offer an evening reception for everyone. You are under no obligation to attend, but we would love to get an idea of who may be coming so that we can provide enough food for everyone. You are welcome to make other dinner plans as you desire. We do not make dinner plans as many attendees like to join other groups and make new connections.
